关于真诚的话题·真笑还是假笑

昨天某人终于体会到我的桑心了，我也不知道是该高兴还是桑心>_<。话说关于真诚这个话题我总是避而远之，嗯是的，我心虚。。。三人成虎啊，想当年我是多么坚定的觉得宁可天下人负我，不可我负天下人的T_T。

好吧，某人以及你们这些号称一眼就能穿透虚伪的面纱直达心灵的人们，来做做这个测试吧，看你们能不能一眼看出他们是真笑还是假笑。。。在这里有一个BBC的视频测试，此测验基于加州大学的心理学教授 Paul Ekman 的一项相关研究。一共有 20 段视频，大概会花费你 10 分钟的时间完成。每段视频约需 loading 15 秒。在开始测试之前，最好先选择页面上的两道问题，第一道是你对生活的看法，靠左是乐观，靠右是悲观。第二道则是你对自己分辨真假笑能力的自信，越靠右越高。

Although fake smiles often look very similar to genuine smiles, they are actually slightly different, because they are brought about by different muscles, which are controlled by different parts of the brain.

Fake smiles can be performed at will, because the brain signals that create them come from the conscious part of the brain and prompt the zygomaticusmajor muscles in the cheeks to contract. These are the muscles that pull the corners of the mouth outwards.

Genuine smiles, on the other hand, are generated by the unconsciousbrain, so are automatic. When people feel pleasure, signals pass through the part of the brain that processes emotion. As well as making the mouth muscles move, the muscles that raise the cheeks - the orbicularis oculi and the pars orbitalis - also contract, making the eyes crease up, and the eyebrows dip slightly.

Lines around the eyes do sometimes appear in intense fake smiles, and the cheeks may bunch up, making it look as if the eyes are contracting and the smile is genuine. But there are a few key signs that distinguish these smiles from real ones. For example, when a smile is genuine, the eye cover fold - the fleshy part of the eye between the eyebrow and the eyelid - moves downwards and the end of the eyebrows dip slightly.（眼睛上部在眉毛与眼皮中间的多肉部分会向下走，而眉毛的末端则稍稍上扬。）
